1. Pricing

All pricing is displayed before purchase.

User authorization is required before charges are processed.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days.

Refunds may be considered for:

  • Technical failure preventing delivery
  • Billing errors
  • Significant service discrepancy
  • Unused tokens

Refund decisions are made at the Company’s sole discretion.


3. Non-Refundable

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Used tokens
  • Expired tokens
  • Change of mind
  • Policy violations

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
