Um das pure Aroma des Weines zu bewahren, wird hier auf eine uerst sorgfltige Verarbeitung Wert gelegt. Der Wein besteht aus 94% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), 4% Cabernet Sauvignon und 2% Merlot und reift 12 Monate im Barrique. Dort entwickelt er sein sehr dunkles, fast lila violettes Gewand und seinen Duft
