For sale here is a Model 2400 fly reel from CRI, or Catskill Research Incorporated. Made in Japan. Excellent plus condition. 3.50" diameter, 1.30" frame width. Made like an Orvis CFO, only better in my opinion. The spool and frame were hand honed from a single block of aluminum, rather than cast. The reels featured a pure brass counterbalance and a beautiful resin-impregnated rosewood handle. Right or left hand retrieve. Capacity is WF8+190 or WF9+160
