Camellia Grijsii Wildform duftend aufrecht und dichtCamellia grijsii comes from Fujian Province in China. The small, white, simple flowers with yellow gold stamens have heart shaped petals. It smells wonderfully of anise and is one of the early camellias that bloom from January to March. The bees are happy about it too. The small foliage is medium green, leathery and slightly veined. The growth is strong and upright. Grijsii has good winter hardiness and should not be missing from any camellia
