This filter is a suitable replacement for the Omnipure L5533 or L5505 for optimum filtration. The L5540 suits Omnipure "quick change heads" and some other brands. It can be used as a pre or post filter for reverse osmosis systems, beverage equipment, drinking fountains, ice machines, under the sink systems and reverse osmosis systems. The Omnipure
