The blade is made of high grade non stainless carbon steel which has been hardened to 60 HRC. Carved from plum wood the smooth handle fits firmly in the hand. The blades on the 1922 series are sharpened very thin therefore enabling the finest of cuts without resistance. A masterclass in performance.
