It spent 10 months in oak, and in classic Cameron fashion, a couple barrels of new oak were used in the blend. They save their most seasoned barrels for their single vineyard reserves, but it works well in this 2024 edition, because without that softening of oak this wine would feel like a laser beam pointed at your tonsils.
