These vest were made during WW2 but seem to have been reissued and used more heavily in Korea a few years later

the USS Truxtun ran aground and brokeup in Newfoundland in severe weather

USAF Leather B-3A Flight Gloves Used but solidA classic pair of summer flying gloves. This pattern was developed during WW2 and used into the 1960s. This pair is dated 1965 Condition Lightly used with some marks on the fingertips, but largely excellent. Size Tagged a size 9 I would say these would fit a medium sized hand and have quite a lot of stretch in the leather
