Mewstone Chardonnay 2024 yabbylake Sweet cherryGrapes grown at Mewstone vineyard were hand picked on the 9th of April at 12. 9 baume. It was whole bunch pressed directly to french oak (50% new) and naturally fermented. It underwent partial malolactic ferment before being aged on lees for ten months.
