The backslide groove is shallower and the heel is narrower than their 3. 0 soul plates. These will work with all Them Skates from the fall of 2018 or newer. Select the size of the soul plates based on the shell size you have. These soul plates are not available for the newer NSXS and SHMEDIUM shell sizes.
